PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to all filmmakers and producers who submit internationally produced films.

REQUIREMENTS

Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length.

Films with dialogue must be submitted in their original language, with subtitles in Spanish and/or English.

Each participant may submit as many films as they wish.

The production date must not be earlier than 2025 (inclusive), and the short film may not have been submitted to previous editions of the Palencia International Film Festival.

The filmmakers are responsible for the rights to their works.
